Eligibility Criteria:

  • Return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.
  • Only items that are defective, damaged, or have a size issue (clothing only) will be eligible for return/exchange.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Cosmetics, jewelry, and accessories (due to hygiene concerns)
  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Sale or discounted items

Shipping for Returns:

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the product is confirmed defective by our team.
  • For size exchanges, replacement is subject to stock availability.
